This conference registration management system was custom-developed for an international educational institution. The platform supports the complete event management workflow — from event publishing and online registration to payment processing and attendee management — greatly improving event organization efficiency.

Technical Highlights
The frontend is built with React 18 + Vite for a smooth user experience. The backend uses Node.js + Express architecture with SQL.js for lightweight data storage. Docker one-click deployment makes operations simple. Deep integration with WeChat Pay and push notifications provides a familiar payment and communication experience for Chinese users.
Results
The system has successfully supported multiple large-scale conferences, handling over 2,000 registrations per event with a 99.8% payment success rate. The automated admin features improved the operations team’s efficiency by approximately 60%.
